General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Today Moda

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the Consumer) and Today Moda (the Entrepreneur) regarding all offers, orders, and distance contracts.

1. Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: The 30-day window for the Consumer to exercise their Right of Withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting outside their trade or profession who enters into a Distance Contract with Today Moda.

  • Durable Medium: Any tool (email, PDF) that allows the storage of information for future reference.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The option for the Consumer to cancel the contract within the Cooling-off Period.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded through an organized remote selling system without the physical presence of both parties.

2. Identity of the Entrepreneur

  • Brand Name: Today Moda

  • Email Address: support@todaymoda.com

  • Trade Register / VAT ID: Available upon request.

3. Applicability

These GTC apply to every offer made by Today Moda and every Distance Contract concluded. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If any provision is found void, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

4. The Offer

  • Accuracy: We provide a complete and accurate description of all fashion items. While we strive for perfect color representation in images, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Outlet Terms: Our New Year’s Outlet is valid until February 28th, 2026, or while stocks last.

  • Import Fees: As our logistics operate globally, prices exclude local customs duties and import VAT. These additional costs are the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the courier upon entry into your country.

5. The Contract

The contract is finalized once the Consumer accepts the offer and completes the checkout process. Today Moda will immediately confirm receipt via email. We reserve the right to refuse an order based on payment investigation or stock availability.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • 30-Day Window: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods without stating a reason.

  • Condition: Items must be handled with care. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Notification: You must notify support@todaymoda.com before returning the items.

7. Costs & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: The Consumer bears the full cost of return shipping for "change of mind" or sizing issues.

  • Refund Process: We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or conclusive proof of shipment.

8. Exclusion of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items manufactured to your specific requirements (custom-made).

  • Sealed hygiene products (such as underwear or swimwear) if the seal is broken.

9. Pricing

  • Prices will not increase during the offer period, except for statutory tax changes.

  • Typographical Errors: We are not bound by obvious errors or "manifest mistakes" in pricing.

  • VAT Note: Today Moda does not charge VAT at checkout; import VAT may be charged by your local customs office.

10. Conformity & Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the high standards of craftsmanship promised. Any defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery via support@todaymoda.com with photographic evidence.

11. Delivery & Execution

  • Address: We ship to the address provided during checkout.

  • Timelines: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.

  • Risk: The risk of damage or loss remains with Today Moda until the moment of delivery to the Consumer.

12. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts must be paid immediately upon placing the order. In the event of late payment, Today Moda reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative costs.

13. Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the execution of the contract must be submitted fully and clearly to support@todaymoda.com within 7 days of discovering the defect. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 14 days.

14. Disputes

All contracts governed by these GTC are subject exclusively to Dutch Law, regardless of the Consumer's country of residence.
